Since when do they make Pinstripe Tuxes? And was that a NOVA event? Cause the black guy looked like the host from NOVA. And why isn't anyone saying anything about Bill Nye the Science Guy? He's pretty sexy too, ya know. ;)
The black guy is Neil deGrasse Tyson. The same person Carter mentioned in Trinity. Seeing him there gave me continuity giggles. They don't happen often so I enjoy them while I can. ;-)
I'm sure it's David. Cos if I'm remembering the little episode description thing properly, the characters the two guys are playing are totally beneath Rodney. I'm sure David had a lot of fun on those days! LOL
