The black guy is Neil deGrasse Tyson. The same person Carter mentioned in Trinity. Seeing him there gave me continuity giggles. They don't happen often so I enjoy them while I can. ;-)

yeah, he's totally the host of NOVA. Seen him lots of times. didn't know his name though.
