So, there is a fairly high (I'd say 75%) chance that I will be in London for a week or so sometime within the next two months. :-D Lemme 'splain. No, is too long. Lemme sum up... (LOL) My husband's work is going to be sending him to Dubai for a three week stint. There's an office over there they've been cooperating with on several projects. There was one person from this office that had been stationed in Dubai on three month stints for the last year. Well, he's had enough of that, as I would, too. So, the company has decided to send many people over there in three week shifts. Well, the last time they shipped my husband off somewhere we decided afterwards that if he had to travel somewhere we would try to find someway to let me go with. Well, Dubai ain't exactly on the top of my list of places to visit before I die. But England is! So, I think we're going to try and find someway to go to England first or I could meet him there on his way back. So, yeah. I might be crossing the pond soon!! :-) Look out Deeds! I'm coming your way!! Hehe

And I am quite proud of myself at the moment. I watched a horror movie all by myself this evening. Granted, it was the rather silly House of Wax (Jared naked!! ), but still. I don't do horror movies. So, the fact that I did is quite something. LOL

*sigh* I hate this weather. We now have a blizzard warning coming in. Blech. I am so sick of snow. Can winter be over now? Please?

Have you seen Devour? *VBEG*

BTW, I was working on tagging some of my older posts, when I found a comment from you after S1 of SPN finished where you're like "What is this SPN show, I am interested, maybe?" I found it highly amusing. *snort*

Yeah, we have. I just checked, based on LJ comments, I've known you at least since September of '05!

The SPN comment is here (http://wraith816.livejournal.com/58767.html?thread=435343#t435343), just a couple of days after Devil's Trap first aired.

Devour is AWESOMELY BAD. I LOVE IT TO LITTLE TERRIBLY BAD PIECES. THE CHEESE. OH, THE CHEESE. I actually have it on DVD! LOL.

OMG I so wanna stow away in your briefcase. You are one lucky woman!

And hey, if you're taking vacay time for that I suppose coming down here for a few days in March will be put on indefinite hold? That's okay if you diss me for England, I'd diss me for England to. Hello Barrowman stalking....

LOL. Yeah, it might, sadly. I'll still totally be there for graduation, though. WILL NOT miss that. And, yes, Barrowman stalking will be done! If I can find a way to surreptitiously do it with the hubby around... ;-)

Bring the hubby along! I am sure Jon wouldn't mind...LOL! Besides just tell him that in the future if he finds someone hot he wants to stalk, you'll support him in his endeavors! ;-)

Hopefully I'll get my grad invites in the mail here pretty soon so I can send them off for folks. So you're definitely coming down then? My mom will be here the 6-12 so we'll be hanging with her and any other family members that are around. Good thing we don't mind sharing a bed since my mom is sleeping in the roomie's bed since she works nights. I know Ryan doesn't mind...

I had to LOL as I was *just* watching Princess Bride again while reading this.

I am *so* jealous that you might get to go to England. I so want to be there, but like next weekend. *sigh* too bad that isn't happening.

Dude, if you get the chance to go to Dubai, grab it. I've not been myself, but I hear the shopping is second to none.

Granted, it's a bit of a scary part of the world. But my uncle recently lived there for 2 years and never felt in danger. The place is spectacular. I heard a rumour they're putting in an air-conditioned beach, because the real ones are too hot during the day, LOL.

London is fab for many other reasons. I had such a blast there in my 20's. I was born about 30 mins south-west of London, so it's kinda my home territory.

An air conditioned beach? That's interesting....

I guess I'll have to see what my husband says about it when he's there.

Yeah, they're running cooling pipes under the sand and setting up big blowers to make a nice, temperate breeze. I think they're cooling the water slightly, too. It would be the experience of a lifetime to go. Maybe you could do both!
