Why I ship Jared/Jensen

So, brihana25 was inquiring a few weeks ago as to the appeal of RPS and its prevalence in the Supernatural fandom. It's kind of a hard question to answer because, really, why do fans 'ship anyone? What it all comes down to is subtext and innuendo, right? Taking what we see on the screen and extrapolating from that.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, Jared and Jensen have given us more than enough material to work with to support their 'ship. And speakfree has been kind enough to compile most of it here in a pic/quote spam.

This is why I love these two boys. They really do have a very strong relationship. And by that, I just mean friendship. But it is very easy to just take it that one step further and, ya know, add your own little twist to it. Plus, they like to have fun with us fans and they'll play into it. It's all in good fun anyway.

So, yeah. There you have it. Why I ship Jared/Jensen. Any questions?

so...yeah, they really are kind of wonderful to each other, with each other, aren't they? What i wonderful friendship, I can why you ship them. Even having never watched either show, the picspam/ quote fest kind of said it all.

These two boys are actually the reason I gave in and started watching the show. I was reading through ontd one day and someone had posted a link to an interview they did with Buddy TV. And I just...fell in love. Let me see if I can find my entry about it...
