Did I start an icon trend?

So, I made this icon a couple months ago for the mcshep_icontest



I am now seeing icons like this EVERYWHERE. Where it's the two people with the & in the middle. Did I start a trend or was this happening before?

thats been a trend for awhile now. and ironically, its not a stupid trend for once. imho most of the icon trends are always ugly

Sonic Youth, FYI, is VERY loud. Ears still ringing from last night. Am going to make ears ring even more with Incubus concert this evening. And then slouch into work tomorrow morning VERY VERY tired.

Sounds like a good time! I got my tickets to Rob Thomas' concert in October. Woohoo! Been too long since I've been to a concert. :-D

Yeah Rob will be here at the AMC Midland in KC, MO 10/29 but the cheapest tix are $40 and they are really craptastic seats. I have to do a poll and see who I can get to go with me to concert with tix prices like that. I'd love to be able to go so hopefully I can scrounge up the fundage/friends.

I did a 10 variations for Orlando Bloom a few years ago and used the & in a doubled image. Though that was the first and last time I've used it. I've only seen it a few times since. I've always liked it for couple icons.

Ah, cool. It does work well cos it's not obtrusive. And it's not their names which can be boring. But it still gets the point across.
