I am now seeing icons like this EVERYWHERE. Where it's the two people with the & in the middle. Did I start a trend or was this happening before?

As you may remember, I was in a car accident a little over a month ago. My car was supposed to be ready yesterday. We get there to pick it up and they find out when they finally start it up to move it out, the Check Engine light comes on and it has something to do with the transmission. So, we leave it there for another day so they can check into it. Turns out it was just a little broken wire that they were able to replace just fine. Cool. So, today we wouldn't be able to get there until after they closed so he was going to leave the key locked in the car (I have the little remote) out in their little lot. We get there -- NO CAR. WTF? Luckily, the little body shop next door is open and they have the guys home number. Turns out the detail guy that was the last to leave, pulled the car back into the garage. Ugh, but at least there's not still something wrong with the car. BUT, the owner lives an hour away. So, we go to dinner come back and he's just pulled the car out. But it's not my car. It's another Saturn. I start freaking out slightly. I saw my car yesterday so I know they have it. A few minutes later, the guy pulls it out from the other garage. So, YAY! It was there, just not where the initially thought! (And now the owner has to explain to these other people why he locked their keys in their car!). So I have my car back. And it's kinda weird cos it's a lot smaller than my husband's car that I was driving. But everything is good. It's nice to have my car back (I so missed it's lovely, tight turning radius). Now I just have to hope the other guy does not show up in court next week and my ticket gets thrown out.

Oh, and this is why I haven't been able to finish all those quote icons you lovely folks requested. I am working on them, I promise. We're going out to the lake house this weekend so I should be able to work on them then and have them posted by Sunday night. :-)

Oh! We're a Nielsen family now. :-D For those of you overseas, the Nielsen ratings is how they determine the most watched programs and demographics for TV programs. And of course, I'm hardly gonna be home this week to watch anything! But they did send $15 cash! Woo-hoo!!

What else?? My wedding shower is tomorrow afternoon. I also have my hair and make-up trial in the morning. So, we'll see how that turns out. Should go fine. It's not like I'm planning some big elaborate updo as my hair is just barely past my ears. I can post some pics if anyone wants to see later.

I am now obsessed with Imogen Heap's song "Hide and Seek." It's so haunting and beautiful. I think I wanna vid QAF to it. Like, a Babylon bombing/Season 5 kinda vid. We'll see. :-D

So, Hide and Seek is on in syndication right now. I love that opening scene so much I just had to icon it!

And, OK, can someone explain this to me? Here's how the syndication thing works where I am. I'll start pre-Atlantis so you get the idea of how it works: SG-1 airs at 3:00 and then there's a repeat at 10:00 of the same ep. Which is good cos if you miss it, you have a chance to catch it again. Since Atlantis started, basically the same thing is going on: SG-1 at 3:00, Atlantis at 4:00, repeats at 9:00 10:00. EXCEPT, for some bizarro reason, the Atlantis ep at 10:00 is not a repeat of the one from 4:00, but the next episode in the series. Today at 4:00 was Rising Pt. 2. Right now, is Hide and Seek. But next week at 4:00, they will show Hide and Seek. I just don't get it. I'm totally confused.....
