SLEEP IN! LOL

The little guy is at his grandparent's for a little overnight visit. Hubby and I had a real date last night - dinner and a movie. We went to see Toy Story 3. It was so good! If you haven't seen it, you should. I got a little teary, I will admit.


Personally, I'm kind of excited about. If people are concerned about Corin Nemec being cast, don't be. I got the opportunity to pretty much hang out with him for an entire weekend a couple years ago and he really is a great guy. I had heard the stories, too, of his somewhat unprofessionalism, but he really has gotten his act together and definitely knows what he's doing. So, please give him a chance.

If it's the character that's worrying, well, yeah, I'm kind of with you. I mean, more long lost family? And here's where I'm confused. Mary was an only child. So, he would either have to be from one of grandpa's brothers or grandpa had another kid with someone else. Which is a little too much like Adam. So, I don't know. It's going to depend a lot on how they treat the character and what his actual purpose will be.

So, that's my two cents...

Hee! I saw this and my first thought was, "hey, another SPN/Stargate connection!" I'm kinda excited about it, too. I hadn't heard any stories about his unprofessionalism, but I guess I could see it happening. I am glad that he seems to have gotten his act together, though. I'm definitely going to give him a chance.

I still don't know how the character will really fit in to the whole thing. I thought I read they were going to focus a bit more on Mary or her past this season. Seeing as how it sounds like Grandpa will feature into it, I'd like to put money on the cousin coming from his side.

Guess all we can really do now is wait and see.

I'll be interested to see who's writing the episodes where he comes in. That may have a lot to do with it, too. And I do trust Sera and I think she'll do a great job this season. So, yeah, I guess it's all just wait and see....

Oh, I assumed this was gonna be about Mitch coming back so I came to be all YEI MITCH! but it seems to be about Parker Lewis instead. I'm confused, LOL!

I think I've heard rumblings about Mitch. But I'm not positive. It may have been more about the general storyline that is supposed to involve Mary's past.

But anyway... Corin Nemec was just cast as their cousin, Christian Campbell in at least a 3 episode arc. Should be interesting...

Yay for date night! We went to see Toy Story 3 a few weeks ago, and I loved it too! :)

I hadn't heard that spoiler, but I will wait and see how it plays out. I don't have any feelings either way about CN.

I'm always amazed by the number of people that "hate" Corin for replacing Michael on SG1. It's not Corin's fault Michael left. Michael asked/chose to leave. If you want to blame someone, blame the writers. I don't get it....
