That was AWESOME!
Let's talk about Leverage...
First, let's get the shallow out of the way: Eliot and his hair were looking particularly fine this evening. That shade of blue does amazing things for Christian's eyes. And that leather holster thingy? HOT! (Which, why was he wearing a holster if he doesn't carry a gun? I don't care, really...) And that gun fight slide thing? EPIC! I'll admit, got me a little hot and bothered... ;-) I need an icon of that.
Now, the plot:
Eliot worked for Moreau? HOLY SHIT BALLS. Did not see that one coming. I guess it makes sense, though. Knowing what little we know, Eliot would have had to have worked for some shady characters in the past. And it's kind of nice to see something from someone's past coming back into play. Hardison was PISSED and rightly so. I'll admit, I got a little scared of Eliot when Parker asked what he had done and he was all "Don't ask me." Pretty sure I don't want to know.
Ya know, we were shockingly light on Parker, really. She had the little bit on the train (which speaking of, PRETZELS! YAY!!!) and the wriggle through the steam vent, but that was pretty much it. :-(
So, they framed Moreau with the Italian's crimes. I'm kind of wondering why Nate decided to let her off the hook. Wonder if that will come back at all.
The second half was interesting. Stealing a country. That was quite impressive, really. Sophie was particularly entertaining as the "fiancée". I was really rooting for that guy, too. He seems like a good guy. I hope he does well.
And since they couldn't get Moreau out of San Lorenzo, they just had to make sure he would stay there. Nice. Simple (sort of). Effective. The team done good.
And now Moreau is taken care of, Nate is free from The Italian and is with Sophie. Ooooooooo....... ;-)

It was kinda Parker light, I realize that now that you mention it. I did giggle over the pretzel line. lol
As cool as it was to see Elliot due a gun kata shot out, I much prefer him kicking ass with his fist. lol

I do prefer kick ass Eliot, but it was kind of nice to see what we all figured to be true. He may not like guns, but he knows how to use them. And I'm sure if we ever see Eliot use another gun, it will be in the series finale.

Also.. can Eliot like guns more often? Cuz goddamn that was hot. I mean, I dont even LIKE guns or gunfights usually.. but damn, Eliot got to be every awesome 80's action star.. but a million times hotter.

I just asked if you had seen this....silly me, OF COURSE YOU HAD! I concur on all you said. I was decorating my tree and just stood there slack jawed at the awesomeness of it. Just when I think I can't love this show more they go and make the season finale (part one) Eliot centered....OMG best one yet!!!
Season 4 does not start soon enough. They come back to my neck of the woods next month to start shooting. I can't wait!

Shooting in January? Already? I thought Christian was going to be on tour for like all of January and February.... *is confused*
