I've figured out why I like Human Target - It's Leverage 2.0.

Not exactly, but the basic character types and story structure is there. Especially this season with the addition of Ilsa and Ames.

Christopher Chance is Eliot

Winston is Nate

Guerrero is Hardison

Ilsa Pucci is Sophie

Ames is Parker

My hubby came in other night while I was watching Human Target and offhandedly mention that it reminded him of Leverage (except not as good.) His words, but I do have to agree with him on that. Human Target just doesn't hold my interest. Ah well...

There does seem to be a little something lacking in Human Target that Leverage has. I can't quite put my finger on what it is, but it's something.... And Human Target is not one of those OMG I MUST WATCH NOW!!! shows. But it's good popcorn TV. We usually DVR it and watch it the next night during dinner.

I actually liked it better 'before' I think than now because now its kind of like "oh it reminds me of such and such from leverage".

And really did they have to get almost the *exact* same team breakdown as Leverage?!
