I feel great! Martouf, maybe not so much

switch842No seriously. I was so worried I was going to feel like crap after ballet class today with having done NOTHING during the six week hiatus. But dammit, I feel awesome. Class was awesome, I didn't lose any flexibility, I was thisclose to getting a double. I knew I just needed new shoes. My old ones are so old I have no idea when I even ordered them.
However, earlier this evening, Martouf took a little trip and bashed his head into the foot of our couch. Yup. Big ol' goose egg right between his eyes. Ugh. Luckily, no blood and his pupils are dilating, so no concussion. But he was not a happy baby for awhile there. :-(
But this morning! Martouf went to his first storytime! My mom and dad signed up for a storytime thing at a local library for toddlers and caregivers. So, every Friday morning they're going to take him. And he was very well behaved, I was glad to hear. When we do storytime before bed he likes to touch the books and turn the pages and I was a little worried he might try and do that, but he did not. Yay! :-)
