Glee - Big Brother
Apr. 10th, 2012 09:23 pmDid you hear? Matt Bomer was on Glee! LOL And I gotta say, he was awesome. I loved getting to see him be a little comedic. That commercial was a riot.
And, okay, so I know I should be absolutely flipping out over what happened and what we got in this episode and for some reason, I'm not. And it's weird. I don't know why. I don't know what's going on. Like, this was ALL DARREN ALL THE TIME and the most I can muster myself up to say from a personal reaction level is that it didn't suck. But, for some reason, I'm not all flaily and rending my garments as should be expected For fuck's sake, we GOT NAKED BLAINE. And, meh. Whatever.
What is going on? This sucks. I don't like this feeling.....
Technically/logically, I can say this was a good episode. The songs were very well sung and seemed to flow well within the storyline. Matt Bomer really was amazing. His interactions with Darren really sold them as brothers to me. I hope we can maybe see him back some more in the future.
The Senior Skip Day thing confused me. Cos, well, half the kids that skipped weren't seniors. Umm........... WTF Glee? I know. It's Glee. But come on! If you're gonna make a big deal about what year the kids are in the first episode, at least keep that one thing consistent. Please?
I liked Quinn's development. Her reaction to what's happened to her seems very believable for her situation and character. I like Artie trying to help her. I do feel like he was kind of harsh on her with the whole, "When are you gonna realize that this is your life now?" But, again, that's I think very in line with Artie.
Sue's baby has Downs. How very not surprising.
I'm glad Cooper & Blaine made up at the end. Though, again, not surprising that they did.
Kurt & Blaine were ridiculously adorable in this whole episode. Kurt with that puppy at the end was gaggingly cute.
So, yeah.....
