Leverage Summer Season Finale
The Rundown Job
OMG OMG OMG
First of all, WHAT DID THEY DO TO ELIOT'S HAIR?!?!? I know Dean has been tweeting at us jokingly over the last five seasons about how they were going to cut Eliot's hair. I didn't think they'd actually do it. :-(
But, wow, okay. That was a pretty fantastic episode. I wish we'd gotten more of Christian and Adam together, but I was just glad to see Adam back after his too brief appearance in the season premiere.
Parker and Hardison continue to be as adorable as ever. I love them. Seriously. I think Leverage might be the only show where I ship ALL the canon couples. I mean, sure, I write some Eliot/Sophie stuff and contemplating Eliot/Parker is interesting, but I do actively ship Parker/Hardison and Nate/Sophie and Eliot/Everyone Else.
Back to the episode.... Stopping a terrorist attack in a couple hours. Only The Kids. Seriously. They're fantastic. I'm sure I'm going to read John's blog entry on this and be absolutely TERRIFIED at the amount of this that is based on real life stuff, which is always a lot and I'm going to freak out thinking that this is going to happen any day now. SCARY STUFF.
The Frame-Up Job
Sterling! Always good to see Sterling back.
Again, another top notch episode. Had me guessing the whole time. Though, I did get the part about Sophie being the subject of the painting. My husband didn't believe me about that one. Ha!
NOVEMBER?? We have to wait until Novemeber? lakjsdfhawugd :-P

With that said, after I got over my utter shock, I think I like the new haircut.

It's not a bad haircut. I do like it. It's vaguely reminiscent of his hair on Angel near the end of his run, but better. :-)

And yes! It reminded me of his hair when he came back for Angel. But better, yes.

Eliot's hair was a little shocking, but I rather like it.

I do like the hair too. It's just very strange after what's been going on the last four years.

I was actually afraid that they'd kill him since it was a finale, but was so glad that they didn't!
And yes, both episodes were very well done-one thing I liked in the second episode was the flashbacks with Nate "in" them, it gave us a peek into what his mind must be like when running a job and trying to figure out the mark. Also the "Tennant and Smith" line was awesome; I was waiting for a Who reference this season :D

Beth had tweeted a picture months back of Tim standing on the water in the pool. Needless to say, we were all o_O? Now it all makes sense. That was definitely cool. As was the Inside Hardison's Brain stuff. They're doing some cool FX for sure.
