So, Chicago Comic Con Happened
Aug. 10th, 2012 10:02 pmColin is just as lovely as y'all said he would be. So nice, so personable. I mean, he talks to you like you've been friends for years, and not a stranger he just met. I wasn't sure if I was going to try and do his autograph first or just go right to the photo op line. The doors opened at 12 and his op was at 12:45, but we got in there and there was only 1 person at this table. So, went up there got the autograph, had a little chat about the postcard thing and that was me, and yeah. He was great. So, we left and headed over for the photo op. I was literally shaking. Seriously. Shaking. Just, wow. So, then photo op, and it was great.

I look awful, but see where my hand is? Dude has got ABS. And he put it there. I didn't. LOL
We ended up going back to chat with him for a little bit and it was great. Again, super nice. Really is the kind of guy you just want to sit down over dinner and chat with for hours. Then we wandered a bit more, I got a photo op with Sean Patrick Flannery and David Della Rocca from Boondock Saints. Cos, when am I ever gonna be able to do that again?

Again, super nice guys, however brief our encounter was. Then on the way out, we swung by Colin's booth to wish him a happy birthday and thank him for being awesome and mentioned we were leaving, so we got hugs (like REAL hugs) and a kiss on the cheek. A KISS ON THE CHEEK. zs;lkjdhsdlkjghsdkjhg If I could get away with it, I would never wash my face again.
So, that was today. Tomorrow night we're going to the Train concert which is gonna be fab.
How was y'alls Friday?
