Random shopping and hair things

I managed to find a cardigan to go with the tee that I was looking for the other day. It's from Urban Outiftters. I had gone there to try on another sweater I saw on their website, but it didn't work out. Then I saw this one! And it worked! I actually wore the tee today so I could make sure whatever I found actually worked with it. This makes me happy. :-)

Then I had a hair cut. Just a trim, really, as I'm going through the growing out stage. :-) And here is where I need your help! I like to have a goal haircut/style in mind when I do this so I don't just give up and chop it off half way through. ( Some pics back here for your perusal )
