Random shopping and hair things

switch842I managed to find a cardigan to go with the tee that I was looking for the other day. It's from Urban Outiftters. I had gone there to try on another sweater I saw on their website, but it didn't work out. Then I saw this one! And it worked! I actually wore the tee today so I could make sure whatever I found actually worked with it. This makes me happy. :-)
Then I had a hair cut. Just a trim, really, as I'm going through the growing out stage. :-) And here is where I need your help! I like to have a goal haircut/style in mind when I do this so I don't just give up and chop it off half way through.
First, this is me currently:
Yes, my most recent pictures are from cons. Whatever. Anyway, the hair is a bit longer than that now. The top layers are almost to the tops of my ears. And blonde. Again. :-)
I was thinking of going back to something kind of like this:
Which, I actually liked quite a bit. But then I saw this:
What do we think? Can I pull it off? Yes? No? Any other ideas?
