What episode of Angel do I find playing on TNT this morning? Lindsey's psycho killer hand! I love this episode. Mostly because Christian totally kick ass in it. Singing in the bar. Angel mocking him (which even more hilarious considering Chris and Dave are like BFF). And I love his little fit when Angel shows up at the parole officer's apartment. "My lead!" Plus, well, he just looks damn hot in this one. :-D

Oh! And his truck! Christian's classic old truck. LOL

So, um, I'm not gonna finish Buffy/Angel. I have two more discs left in the current seasons I'm on. I'll watch those and then, that's it. It's just not interesting to me. Hot and lovely as James is, I can't sit through all the crap and wait for him to show up any more. :-( So, oh well. I gave it a shot. Did the best I could. But it's just not working for me.

On the plus side, this will then free up my time for Supernatural once all the torrents finish. :-)

So, half-way through season 5 of Buffy and Season 2 of Angel.

Still want to slap Buffy most of the time. Glad to see there's some sort of plausible explanation for Dawn's existence beyond "We're ignoring our own canon." James Marsters is really the only reason I'm still watching the show at this point. This whole in-love-with-Buffy thing is intriguing. And now he's going to have a Buffy robot? WTF?? Though Spike in "regular" street clothes. Pretty hot. ;-)

Angel season 2 is WAY better than season 1. I'm actually all "OMG! What's gonna happen?!?!" at these episodes. Darla and Drusilla = AWESOME! And my pal Tony as a demon. Very cool. I was watching that ep, and was all "I know that voice. How do I know that voice?" Head over to imdb, and, yup! It's Tony! :-) That was fun.

And, yeah. That's all for now....

I'm about half way through both, so I thought I'd do my usual posting about it...

Buffy seems to be getting slightly better. Of course, that could just be my reaction to Spike now being a main character. LOL But that whole Buffy/Parker thing dragged on for waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long. Dear God! Yes, he slept with you and then never wants to talk to you again. Get over it. It happens. You're in COLLEGE. Please act like it. Ugh. Still not sure how I feel about Riley. He's interesting. The whole Initiative thing is kind of weird. Spike's chip thing is certainly an interesting development.

Xander's fight with Harmony was one of the funniest things I've ever seen. HYSTERICAL. So was the Buffy/Spike marriage thing. Heh.

Hush was an interesting episode. Though I'm not sure I completely buy THE ENTIRE TOWN shutting down cos no one can talk. Not being able to talk really isn't that big of a deal. There are plenty of businesses that could certainly remain open. And how does not being able to talk lead to one crashing their car into a fire hydrant. And why would everyone just be wandering aimlessly around the town? It's like they wanted to make it like some sort of apocalyptic event and, um, yeah. It's not. It's a slight inconvenience, sure. But definitely not a world ending event.

Angel. I do like it more than Buffy, but still not yet in OMG!AWESOME way.

They did not just fucking kill Doyle. OMG. Sorry, watching as I type. Doyle was awesome! BRING HIM BACK!! OK, he's still in the credits for the next episode, so I'm taking that as a good sign. Dude! Wesley!!! Awesome.... He's trying so hard and failing so miserably. It's awesome.

OK, so. First thing about Angel, is that OMG, the ADA from Law & Order is in it! Hehe. I must admit, though, the single frame flashy cut things are getting kind of annoying. I get the purpose, but it just makes my eyes jump.

Dammit. Doyle is dead. That's sucky. But I suppose Wesley helps make up for that. Anyone know why Doyle left/was written off? Just story lines?

Anywho, yeah. Liking Angel more. Hope it stays that way.
